Processing Time

FABRIC
Our typical processing times are 2 – 5 days from order confirmation. 

SCRUB CAPS
Most caps are made to order, our typical processing times are 5-10 days from order confirmation. 

Please note that back ordered & custom items may take longer.

Canadian Orders

FABRIC
We ship all Canadian fabric orders via Canada Post service that includes tracking and $100CAD coverage.  Your shipping cost will be calculated on checkout. Typical delivery times are 2 – 8 business days. We offer FREE Shipping on all Canadian orders over $150.00 CAD after discounts & before taxes. 

SCRUB CAPS
We ship our Canadian scrub caps orders via Canada Post Lettermail service at a flat rate of $4 across Canada.  Typical delivery times are 2 – 8 business days.  Unfortunately this shipping method does not include tracking.

US Orders

FABRIC
We ship all US fabric orders via Canada Post that includes tracking.  Your shipping cost will be calculated on checkout. Delivery times will vary and could be up to 15 business days not including any custom delays.

SCRUB CAPS
We ship our US scrub cap orders via Canada Post/Chit Chat Service that includes tracking. Delivery times will vary and could be up to 15 business days not including any custom delays. Scrub Cap flat rate shipping to the USA is $13CAD

International Orders

Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping but we may considering changing this policy in the future if there is a demand.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for special requests. 

Local Pickup

For all our local customers, we offer free mailbox pickup in Burlington, Ontario.  Select local pickup as your shipping option during checkout. You will get an email when your order is ready for pickup with the exact address.

Store Policy

Returns, Refund & Exchanges

All fabric (measured or pre-cut) & scrub cap sales through Woolly Shell Fabrics are final, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, exchanges, returns or store credit, we hope you understand.  However if a mistake has been made in your order please contact us so we can fix it!

Lost Packages

Unfortunately a small percentage of packages can get lost but thankfully it is a rare occurrence.  Woolly Shell Fabrics does not take any responsibility for undelivered, lost or stolen packages however we will do our best to help whenever we can.  Please contact us at woollyshellfabrics.com to get in touch if you suspect your package has been lost.

Customs & Duty

Woolly Shell Fabrics does not collect taxes or duty on any US order.  You are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs or custom fees that may be applied at the border.  We will not accept any returns due to unpaid custom fees.

Lighting & Colour Variances

Please be aware that there may be slight colour & shade variances between the online photos and the actual fabrics due to the different way each monitor or mobile device interprets brightness, contrast and lighting.  Some photos have been enlarged and may not be to scale.
